Red Feather Fishery

There are four fishing pools on the wider estate. These were constructed in the 1980s by the late Tom Simkin, Nigel's father.

Known as Red Feather Fishery, the pools provide excellent and secluded fishing with mature trees and purpose built pegs. The pools are well stocked with carp, common, roach, gudgeon, tench and mirrors. The pools provide fish of varying sizes - some as large as 20lb and above.

Red Feather fishing pools were previously open on a 'day ticket' basis, although the pools have been closed after Tom passed away in 2004. We are now looking for a syndicate to take on the management of the pools. For further information please call Nigel on 07967 007007.
